ADMINISTRATION/RECEPTION POSITION

the hours are

Tuesday - 08.30am-6.30pm

Thursday - 08.30am-6.30pm

Friday - 1pm-6.30pm

Also must be able to cover sick and holiday for our other member of staff. This is a permanent position with holiday pay and Bank Holidays off.

Osteopathic Consultancy is respected throughout the community for providing high quality Osteopathic care and services and has gained a strong reputation for being welcoming, fun and kind. We are on our 'A' game and are looking for our 'A player'. We are expanding and need a new administration and reception assistant.

Skills/ Experience:
Excellent Computer skills and a professional phone manner are a must.

Healthcare reception experience is preferred but not essential.

Good organisational skills essential. A can do attitude and the ability to prioritise and work independently essential.

Experience of Social Media essential and experience of marketing preferred.

The successful applicant will need some availability on weekends (probably Sundays) in December to come in for training to prepare for the start date.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24.5 per week

**Salary**: £13,377.00-£14,651.00 per year
