The role of Head of Staff Experience is a new one, acknowledging the strategic importance we have placed as an organisation on attracting and developing brilliant and fulfilled teams. Reporting to the Director of HR & OD, the Head of Staff Experience will support the trust to deliver its strategic aims to become the lead employer of choice.

The post holder will coordinate and champion the development and delivery of the Trust’s Staff Experience portfolio, responsible for Health and Wellbeing, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Development, Talent Management and Leadership Development strategies and their operational implementation. The role has specific accountability for leading on building leadership capacity and capability across the organisation. They will oversee the trust’s talent management framework; drive creative and innovative organisational development, change management and learning approaches; oversee the planning and delivery of staff health and wellbeing projects and plans and design and implement strategies and plans to enable the trust to further develop a compassionate, creative and community-based culture.

The post holder will act as an advocate for effective people change to support the trust to meet its strategic ambition of attracting and retaining brilliant and fulfilled teams and to be an employer of choice.
