The Lead Receptionist will be responsible for leading and motivating the team of the BAE Receptionists and deliver excellent levels of service to the client. This will be achieved by ensuring that all employees assigned to all BAE AIR Receptions are correctly recruited, trained, and motivated to provide excellent service to our customer. The Lead Receptionist will also monitor and be responsible for the administration for the reception team, including time management and taking meeting notes.

The Role is Monday to Friday 40hrs per week.

- Working closely with the Reception Team ensuring that all staffing levels meet the agreed client service level and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- All vacancies to be recruited for within in a timely manner, following the Smart recruitment

process, and ensuring the correct equipment for all new starters including uniforms and equipment.
- Delivery of training, and the confirmation once the training is completed. Tracking

and delivering refresher training as necessary.
- Administration and maintenance of the Reception Teams/Workplace pages. Ensuring all relevant

documents are updated and saved correctly.
- Take a flexible approach to working ensuring that time is managed effectively.

**Essential Skills**:
To work with us you will need to be confident, articulate and communicate well both verbally and in written language.

GCSE qualifications including English, grades A - C (or an equivalent qualification)

You should be immaculately turned out, polite and proactive when engaging with customers to ensure a complete customer experience is provided, as we aim to maintain our outstanding reputation for excellence.

You must have experience of working with customers in a corporate environment, maybe in previous reception or concierge

You should be willing and able to take part in local training and development during your first 12 weeks to obtain your SIA licence, we will support you in this fully.
