Community Care Workers

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are delighted to announce that due to expansion, we have vacancies for community care staff in Brookeborough - put to bed rota.

We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Morning rota is from 07:00 - 14:30, Afternoon rota is from 15:00 - 18:30 and Put to bed or evening rota is from 19:00 - 23:00

No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided

**ESSENTIAL**:

- Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle
- Great communication skills
- Able to promote and deliver person centered care
- Able to promote dignity and respect when delivering care
- Be well organised/professional/caring
- Interested in working in the community within Health & Social Care
- Care about the community they live in

**DESIRABLE**:
QCF level 3 in H & SC

Experience in care sector
