We are currently looking for a **Food & Beverage Host/ Hostess** to join our Truly Talented team.

As **Host/ Hostess**, you will play a key role in our restaurant and build great relationships with our customers. You’ll have a good understanding of restaurant operations, a real passion for customer care, food and drink and a strong knowledge of wines, beers and spirits.

**Your role**

As an **F&B Host/ Hostess**, you will be the face of our business, greeting and welcoming our guests. Your passion for people will be applied to the role to create a memorable experience. You will be a host in the true sense of the word, working hard to create an engaging atmosphere exceeding our guests’ expectations.

Responsibilities of **Food & Beverage Host/ Hostess** will include but are not limited to:

- Welcome guests to the restaurant;
- Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists;
- Manage reservations;
- Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas;
- Greet customers upon their departure;
- Coordinate with F&B team about available seating options;
- Maintain a clean reception area;
- Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g., children, elderly);
- Answer incoming calls and address customers’ queries;
- Assist F&B team as needed.

The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic about change, focused on details and trusting.

**The core skills and experience required to succeed**
- Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry;
- Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential;
- Excellent personal presentation;
- Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing ;
- To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.
