Simply Vets provides recruitment and payroll services for veterinary professionals. It serves vets, nurses and veterinary practices with the goal of connecting locums with practices whilst providing a simple and transparent solution to IR35.

**Recruitment Executive - The Simply Vets Division
- AlphaVet International**

This role comes with both sales targets and account management obligation as you will be managing annual renewals of existing key accounts, ensuring members are supported throughout the year and that company membership retention targets are achieved.

To be successful as a Recruitment Executive, you’d be providing clients with vets & nurses that are right for them to take their practices. You should be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

We are a fun, kind and established team and customer care is second nature to us all.

Recruitment Executive: - Role and Responsibilities
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ recruitment gaps
- Check in on a regular basis to see of any job requirements in the future
- Inform practices of the membership fee and any payroll fees as necessary
- Upsell of joint practice membership
- Renewal of practice memberships
- Communicating and collaborating with all internal departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
- Responsible for new business development through telephone-based activity
- Creating and developing business relationships with key decision-makers
- Building and growing sales pipeline
- Contract and costings negotiation - new and renewals
- Providing a quality service to all customers whether they be prospect or client
- Successful track record within permanent recruitment with evidence of exceeding targets is essential
- Ability to negotiate and close new business sales
- Enthusiasm and keen to learn
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- A high degree of customer centricity
- Proven track record in establishing and building client relationships
- Self-motivated and a hunger for success
- Flexibility towards tasks
- Good IT skills including the use of CRM databases and Microsoft Office
- Accurate and timely data entry skills

**Package**:

- Permanent role with an immediate start date, with a 3-month probationary period
- Minimum 2 days in the office per week
- 1-hour lunch break
- An annual holiday allowance of 23 days (with 3 taken for Christmas break) and increases one day per year of service if the role was to become permanent, plus bank holidays (pro rata).

- Birthday off (if it falls midweek)
- 2 x days off for charity work per year
- Casual dress code in the office
