Uk & Ireland Trainer

**Job purpose**:
As the UK & Ireland Trainer for Lagardère UK and IRE, you would be responsible for scoping, creating, and delivering trainings to support and develop our teams across a wide variety of topics. From customer service standards to back-of-house systems, to leadership skills, the role would be to understand what needs to be learnt, developed and taught and then create the training, and be responsible for its delivery.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Developing training needs analysis of the business and creating a yearly training calendar.
- Managing the delivery of training sessions from the company training catalogue, using global training materials
- Adapt the global training materials provided to enhance their effectiveness when deployed to our UK and Ireland platforms
- Define and develop new training courses and materials, not available in the standard training catalogue, to meet specific identified needs across the UK and Ireland.
- Ensure the company values are part of the culture and working environment.
- Manage the training systems and processes.
- Evaluate the results of the training delivered and establish results.
- Ensure defined training objectives are met.
- Report and communicate training actives as required.
