The Involvement and Engagement Coordinator will support on involvement, engagement, and co-production.

They will work under the supervision of the Yorkshire and Humber Involvement Network and be hosted by Humber Teaching Foundation Trust. There are 3 roles covering Humber North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire services, with occasional travel across Yorkshire and Humber.

**Areas the roles may cover**:

- Adult secure services - HNY & WY
- Adult eating disorder inpatient services - HNY
- CAMHS inpatient services - HNY

This role will be focused on supporting the band 7 Involvement Leads by working with service users, carers, and staff through in-reach into services to improve the quality of services and service user experience. It will involve supporting services to share best practice across a range of forums both within the Provider Collaborative and across Yorkshire and Humber. This will include supporting local involvement and engagement strategies and involvement opportunities and promoting networks through the website, virtual platforms and using accessible formats

Travel across the region will ensure sharing of best practice. Collaborative working will aim to improve the support and experience of service users, carers, and staff and increase quality outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is interested in and passionate about mental health services, who champions the importance of lived experience and is not afraid to speak out against inequity and inequality.
