Service Advisor

Due to a current member of staffs retirement, we currently have a job vacancy for a full time Vehicle Service Advisor to help run our busy reception.

Applicants must have the following:
An enthusiastic approach to work, ability to work as a team and a drive to want to self develop.

Proficient IT skills and experience with Excel or similar is essential to operate our paperless workshop system (Garage Hive).

Excellent customer service and communication skills is also essential.

Organiser, multitasker and self-motivator who can provide the highest level of service to our customers.

Previous experience within the motor trade is preferred but not essential.

Experience within sales would be an advantage to be able to confidently communicate work requirements and costs to customers.

Full UK driving licence.

Wage £25,000-£30,000 p/a to start depending on experience.

Working hours Mon-Fri 08:30-18:00 + 1 Sat morning per month.
