Location; Rochdale - on site car parking

Salary ; £20,000 - £23,000 plus excellent benefits which will include an annual salary review

With our Client we are looking to appoint an experienced Reception / Administration Assistant.

Reporting to the Operations Director - this is a high profile role in our Clients business. We are looking for vibrant / energetic and hands on characters

On a day to day basis you will work across;
- meet and greet to Sales Reps / Suppliers and Customers to the business
- manage Meeting Room diary
- organizing Refreshments for Meetings / sending Agenda’s etc.
- daily use of Excel and Word to update and create Reports
- a range of ad hoc Administration tasks on a daily basis
The Reception and Administration role is based in a fast paced and energetic business. no two days will be the same
