A superb opportunity has arisen in Doncaster for a Sales Valuer, with our client's highly successful Estate Agency.

The role will require a driven individual with a strong background in a Residential Agency, who has knowledge of the Doncaster market. Our clients will consider an existing Valuer or a Senior Negotiator looking for their next career move.

**The position of a Sales Valuer will involve**:

- Canvassing for Valuations
- Attending Market appraisals
- Converting to Instructions

**For the role of a Sales Valuer, you must have**:

- Industry experience,
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to build rapport and close for business
- Excellent customer service

**Salary/Package**:

- Basic £22,000 - £25,000
- OTE £35,000
- Commission structure
- Profit share
- Car allowance

**Working Hours**:

- Monday - Friday
- Alternate Saturdays with lieu day in return
