**Requirements as a Waking Night Care Assistant** **in Grange-Over-Sands**
- To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of our young people
- Establish and maintain positive and trusting relationships
- Encourage the development of individual interests
- A desire to learn, we provide full training for to achieve a Diploma level 2
- Experience of supporting young people who may be vulnerable is desired but not essential

**What do we ask of you as a Waking Night Care Assistant in Grange-Over-Sands?**
- Understanding and commitment to the role - including alternative weekends and bank holidays.
- Participating in activities and ensuring we provide young people with a place they feel at home
- Be capable of working on your own initiative
