Our school is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. This is a flexible hours position, perfect for those seeking work that can fit around other commitments or responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining classroom discipline and ensuring the students are engaged in their learning
- Providing support to students who require extra assistance with their work
- Communicating effectively with teaching staff to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of the curriculum

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for education and a desire to help students learn and achieve their potential
- The ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
- The capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges

**Experience**:

- Prior experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with children and young people is highly beneficial
- Experience working in a school environment is advantageous but not essential

**Salary**:

- The salary for this position will be competitive and dependent on experience.
