We are looking for a resourceful, dynamic individual to join our Relationships team. Part of a wider team, the Commercial Associate role reports to and works closely with the Head of Relationships to maintain and improve a database of international service providers. You must be able to deliver an excellent stakeholder experience, cope under pressure, have superb communication at all levels and the enthusiasm to learn new skills. **Key Responsibilities**:
The job in two lines:

- The day-to-day management of a global network of partners delivering services to our customer facing teams.
- Project and administrative work to develop both the team and the network.

This will include, but not limited to:

- Corresponding with the network in a professional and friendly manner.
- Clearly communicating issues and risks to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and clients.
- Identifying additional commercial opportunities.
- Accurately maintaining the company records.
- Attending and participating in meetings and project activities.
- Complying with published security policies that are applicable to the role and related activities.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Excellent written and oral communication across all levels; including with clients, colleagues and management.
- Strong business acumen and contract negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain and foster close working relationships.
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of payroll, HR and related services - ideal but not required.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organised and methodical.
- Able to meet strict deadlines.
- Honesty and respect for confidential information.
- Ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
- Ability to work and stay calm under pressure.
