This varied and challenging position is with **Rustington Holdings Ltd**. which includes Rustington Golf Centre and Out of Bounds, a family activity and entertainment complex. There are around 80 employees in the group, and five key business support roles.

Your main duties and responsibilities:

- Timesheet checking, absences, holidays, training records & supporting the Operations Manager as required in other areas.
- Booking appointments, placing orders and maintaining records for compliance, first aid and training days.
- Supporting various HR aspects and team training paperwork. Completing confidential forms, Excel spreadsheets and updating/creating in-house forms.
- Taking payments and liaising with accounts for invoices.
- Outreaching for wider business presence and awareness on third party websites to promote the brand/business offering.
- Working with various social media platforms; Google, Trip Advisor, Facebook and handling enquiries, communications, managing feedback, comments and replying appropriately.
- Professional and confidential at all times.
- Highly experienced with all administration aspects, excellent organisational skills and very efficient.
- A sociable and friendly person with a genuine passion for excellent customer service and standards.
- Strong communicator with a methodical approach, who demonstrates initiative and shares information in a clear, concise, and meaningful way.
- Team player with a fair, diplomatic, and firm manner.
- Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, social media platforms and (ideally) Adobe/Photoshop.
