Brickwork Lecturer

The Brickwork Lecturer will also have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to engage and inspire students on study programmes and apprenticeships.

There are full and part time opportunities available and flexible working can be considered for this role.

Experience in teaching and learning would be advantageous, although industry experience will be considered for those with the ambition of becoming an outstanding Lecturer. Fareham College will offer free teacher training to those wishing to enter the teaching profession.

The salary bandings are £22,248 - £32,053 per annum (FTE) for unqualified applicants and £25,586 - £36,803 per annum (FTE) for qualified applicants. There is also a £3,000 per annum (FTE) discretionary market supplement attached to this role.
