We are a National Training provider with our head office situated in Tadley and now seek to expand the team and a position for a Full time Health & Safety and Plant trainer has become available.

**Please note we require Two years Construction Experience - "Muddy Boots" Experience** _**:

- this is mandatory and non-negotiable **_**The Term “MUDDY BOOTS” requires you to have worked within the construction industry, preferably at Supervisor or Management level.**

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team of professional full time trainers on a contract basis and develop in-depth health and safety knowledge through delivery of NPORS and Inhouse accredited courses.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Applicants for this role will be _highly engaging_ individuals who have a passion for delivering health and safety courses.

You will be a _professional and confident_ communicator with the ability to deliver training to a broad range of individuals.
- **Must Have**_ **Skills & Experience**
- Two years Construction "muddy boots" experience_ _**:

- this is mandatory and non-negotiable**_
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate_**:

- this is preferable**

Self-motivated and be able to make autonomous decisions in line with company procedures.

Driving Licence

**Non-essential Skills / Experience**

Level 3 Award in Education & Training (formerly PTLLS) (training can be provided)

SMSTS (training can be provided)

**Salary**: Depended on level of experience
