**Junior Graphic Designer / Artworker: to join a large format and garment printing production team**
- Location: Rustington - Admor Ltd. Phoenix Parade, Rustington, West Sussex
- Salary Range: c. £18,000 - £23,000 p.a. depending on experience
- Hours of work: 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (can be flexible by arrangement)
Incl. one hour’s lunch break
- Holidays: Four weeks (20 days) per year plus Bank Holidays

**Job Overview**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our large format and garment printing production team in Rustington. You will be working for a newly acquired addition to the business, and your main responsibilities will be to assist customers in their large format vinyl advertising banner designs, as well as helping to process orders for personalised clothing. You will oversee the print process from start to finish and will be responsible for all design, print and finishing processes, and as such will require a strong understanding of ‘to print’ format files. The role will also require you to manage the social media presence, and marketing requirements.
This position will suit a college leaver or person with relevant experience in large format print and finishing, and an interest in marketing and social media - must be comfortable hitting the ground running, and with taking on responsibility for assigned projects.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Creation and/or amendment of customer’s artwork, to their requirements ready for production. All the while paying acute attention to detail and the requirements of the printing process.
- Collect overnight e-commerce orders and check supplied artwork
- Assist customers in their large format vinyl advertising banner designs
- Process orders for personalised clothing
- Must be competent in the use of In-Design, Photoshop Illustrator and CorelDraw (preferable)
- Production/finishing of banners and garments
- Regularly maintain and update company’s social media presence and marketing requirements
- Book couriers and create postage labels, liaising despatch info with the customers
- Maintaining the organisation and naming conventions of all files on the system.
- To assist other members in the printing and finishing department in their duties as required.
- Any other duties as may be reasonably required by the Print Manager or Managing Director.
