The CIS / Payroll Administrator will be responsible for multiple tasks including collating client information and contacting clients in order to prepare and submit CIS Contractor Returns and client payrolls.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation and submission of monthly CIS Contractor returns for multiple clients, to include contacting clients to request information, preparation of monthly bookkeeping, dealing with client and HM Revenue & Customs queries as they arise.
- Preparation of annual CIS reclaim submissions. Dealing with any additional information requests by HM Revenue & Customs.
- Completion of subcontractor verification requests as necessary
- Preparation of monthly/fortnightly/weekly payroll as necessary, to include employer pension responsibilities.
- Payment of employee wages.
- Dealing with payroll queries raised by HM Revenue & Customs.
- General bookkeeping experience preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
