**£25,000 - £28,000 Plus Benefits**

Are you an Account Handler with a good level of commercial insurance experience and competence, seeking a new role in Manchester with a business that will offer excellent progression and support with CII qualifications? If so, an interesting and exciting opportunity has come to market working as part of one of our client’s specialist teams.

**The Role**:
As Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding service to clients and broker partners at all times, managing their renewal and new business insurance arrangements and ensuring appropriate cover is secured to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Nurturing and preserving relationships, interacting and liaising with clients and insurer/broker partners daily.
- Dealing with renewals, processing mid-term adjustments and other administrative tasks.
- Ensuring all communications, documents, invoices are issued in compliance with company policies & procedures.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience within the insurance industry is essential, preferably from a broking background.
- Knowledge and experience of dealing with commercial products is a must.
- Be willing to work towards your Cert CII.
- Have the drive to learn and ability to pick skills up quickly.
- Will have excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
