We're seeking a Receptionist/ Administrator for our client, a busy vehicle repair company in Milton Keynes.
This is a customer-facing position and as the Receptionist/ Administrator you'll handle inbound enquiries in-person and over the phone as well as perform administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
Person Specification
- Keen and willing to learn
- Good communication and people skills
- Administrative skills and computer literate
- Previous experience in the motor industry dealing with insurance claims or car repairs would be useful but not essential as training will be given.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) with a rotational Saturday (1 in 4).
