**_We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Leader in our Wembley store. This is a full-time contract which requires 44 hours per week -_**

Retail is a fundamental and growing revenue stream for the brand. As Wembley's Acting Store Leader, you will have full accountability and responsibility for your respective store whilst ensuring the highest level of customer experience. You will be responsible for driving engagement and operational compliance within the Wembley store. The purpose of the role is to act as a Lyle & Scott ambassador, both in and outside of working hours, promoting the brand positively through all potential avenues, and ensuring that all members of your retail team do the same. You will lead by example consistently and be solution-focused in your approach.

**Role Summary**:

- Report into the UK Retail Manager, and absorb duties of management whilst on leave.
- Accountable for the delivery of sustainable growth versus a store set KPIs
- Consistently identify commercial opportunities. Be proactive, not reactive, and generate solutions to problems or missed opportunities.
- Responsible for recruitment at store level and the training, development and management of your team
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial flair by running the store as though it is your own business, identifying opportunities for growth and creating a clear, commercially viable plan to drive the store profitability whilst retaining the highest level of customer experience and integrity.
- Responsible for the financial management of the store, inclusive of payroll, sales and margin budgets, banking accuracy and security, stock and shrinkage
- Ensure all stores are compliant with Company Operational Policies, inclusive of Health & Safety Procedures
- Creating industry and brand benchmarks and sharing learning with the broader business.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Be a leader and mentor always, showing a positive approach to team spirit through excellent team support and positive communication.
