Due to additional works being won, ASTERIX GROUP LTD are seeking additional Self-Employed Shopfitters to join the existing Fitout Team. We are looking for additional Skilled & Experienced Shopfitters to join the company to help continue our growth within this industry. We have a strong reputation of completing high quality work with our existing clients, and we are looking to grow this to new customers.

We complete national fitout & refurbishment projects for UK clients - across a varied sector of industries and due to increase in projects we require a additional Skilled Shopfitters to join the company for continued and ongoing work.

The work will involve working & staying away - nationwide - and as part of this we offer the following package.

**PLEASE NOTE: THE FOLLOWING PACKAGE **_**(Subject To Skill Set / Experience**_)

Equates to a Self-Employed Pro-Rata Salary of £36,000.00 - £50,000.00
- Before Accommodation, Food Allowance, Mileage & Bonus Pay._

1) Agreed Day Rate (based on a 10hr day)

3) Pre-Paid Accommodation

4) Excellent Food Allowance Paid for Each Night working Away

5) Bonus Pay (For Projects completed On time, In Budget, and to high quality)

Works include full fitouts for Retail sites, and upgrades / refurbishment for Dental Practises. We cover the whole of the UK and are seeking individuals that can work well within a team but also be responsible for small project works and work well as an individual.

We have the opportunity for promotion within the business as we are seeking site supervisors, managers to head up all aspects of the business.

The main skill set required for this position with Carpentry - but to also be-able to complete and understand other aspects of trades. This position would suit a high-quality multi-trade fitter, with Shopfitting Experience & Knowledge.

We are seeking a skilled Fitter to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting components to construct various structures and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires precision and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
- Weld or join components using various techniques
- Assemble and fit components to construct structures or equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**KEY SKILLS**
To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Proven experience as a Fitter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent measuring and cutting skills
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
