**Your mission**:
The Head of DE&I at Epson Europe BV holds a central role in leading the development and delivery of a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy across the European region. This role involves extensive collaboration with stakeholders, including senior leaders, HR teams, managers and employee groups, to embed DE&I principles throughout the organisation. Key responsibilities encompass defining objectives, leveraging insights from both internal and external sources, offering guidance and mentorship, conducting data analysis to advance the DE&I agenda, and nurturing partnerships to advocate for DE&I initiatives both within and outside the company to cultivate an inclusive culture.We are open to discussing flexible working arrangements, and this role can be offered on a 4 or 5-day per week basis.
**What you will do**:

- Develop and lead the DE&I strategy for Epson Europe.
- Implement industry best practices for DE&I.
- Set and measure diversity and inclusion objectives with leadership.
- Utilize research and insights to enhance the DE&I strategy.
- Lead the DE&I Committee and foster collaboration.
- Engage with senior leaders and HR to promote DE&I.
- Embed DE&I into all stages of the employee lifecycle.
- Provide development and mentoring to managers and teams.
- Lead DE&I programs and accountability.
- Analyse the employee lifecycle for DE&I improvements.
- Collaborate with external organisations for partnerships.
- Communicate DE&I initiatives internally and externally.
