**Job Introduction**:
Reporting to the SIA Licensing Manager, this role will focus on compliance of transactional activity with HRSS ensuring an accurate, efficient and consistent administrative function.

This role will ensure all integrity with the system data and being flexible and adaptable to all elements of the SIA Licensing Process. It will involve mainly administration activities and include interacting with external stakeholders.

This role is very fast paced, working within **strict SLA agreed timeframes.**

**Role Responsibility**:

- Effective Management & work allocation from the Licensing mailbox, ensuring a prompt and accurate response is provided within 3 working days
- Taking instructions from HR Managers and business partners
- Supporting of central mailboxes, responding to inquiries and issues raised by management and administration employees, ensuring an appropriate and suitable solution to the issue raised within allocated SLA timeframes, escalating to the appropriate manager or HRBP if required
- Managing the SIA Top up Training Process, organising training dates for employees within required timescales
- Responsible for ensuring SIA Guidelines are met and G4S is compliant with their legal requirements
- Supporting the wider Licensing team with day-to-day transactional activity, inbox maintenance and phone queries and acting as first-line support and point of escalation
- Responsible for reporting on licensing metrics and maintaining the LDN register. Running the SIA watch list and handling cases of suspended and revoked licenses, including scheduling blocks within HCM
- Working closely with key stakeholders in the Republic of Ireland to manage the PSA license renewals
- Arranging payments Top up Training and responding to payment queries
- Representing the licensing team with the wider business and external clients during audits, management meetings and training sessions

Essential Skills
- Strong administration skills, previously gained in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience working in a customer service/service focused environment
- Exceptional Eye for detail and accuracy with a double check mentality
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills, dealing with employees and managers
- A good understanding of GDPR in practice

Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in working in a HR Shared service
- Knowledge of the security industry, SIA and other licensing authorities
- Proficient in use of Google Suite

Please note, this role does not qualify for a visa under the current Government guidelines therefore to be considered for this role you must already have the right to work in the UK. Re-location costs will not be granted. You must live in reasonable commuting distance of the site.
