Luton, United Kingdom Trident Fire Protection and Training Full time

We are looking for an experienced site supervisor to be based onsite at a current ongoing project based in Luton. Once this work is completed, you will be stationed at other works allocated within the company.

You must be willing to travel will your means of travel to and from your ob.

A clear understanding of fire stopping is necessary as the works carried out are passive fire protection install.
- Ensure you and your team complete projects on time and within allocated budgets.
- Organise and participate in on-site meetings with clientele and subcontractors.
- Ensure daily communication with vendors to monitor project progress.
- Use company policies to provide effective issue resolution between customers and employees.
- Keep project delivery on schedule by establishing benchmarks, assigning budgets and observing progress.
- Assess employees' knowledge gaps and offered training in construction activities, equipment operation and site safety protocols.
- Oversee purchase and supply of raw materials and equipment from pre-selected vendors to keep costs low and within budgetary allocations.
- Inspect sites for compliance with established rules and regulations to avoid accidents or incidents.
- Reviewed design documents with technical teams to ascertain requirements, develop project plans and outline proposed budgets.
- Draft reports indicating project progress, resource usage and worker performance for stakeholder planning and review.
- Anticipate construction hurdles and instituted plans to mitigate SKILLS EDUCATION impacts on delivery schedules.
- Direct project activities to meet client's requirements by assessing progress and instituting measures to drive task completion.
- Consulted clients on planned project activities to obtain feedback, guidance or preferences used to adjust construction plans and schedules.
- Assign tools, materials and equipment, logged assignments and verified returned items and machinery against assignment records to minimise inventory loss or waste.
- Coordinated employee schedules and tasks to match workloads, adjusting team sizes and assignments with changing needs
- Oversee the general work load of the project

We have openings for both employed and self-employed within this role.

Pay: £20,140.80-£45,524.25 per year
