Goalkeeper Coach

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FA Qualified Goalkeeper Coach to join our team based on the Wirral. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for developing young goalkeepers, both on an individual basis and in a group setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting 1-2-1 training sessions with goalkeepers of various ages and skill levels.
- Leading and organising group training sessions for goalkeepers, focusing on technical skills, positioning, and match scenarios.
- Assessing and evaluating the performance of goalkeepers, providing constructive feedback to facilitate their development.
- Developing training plans and sessions tailored to the specific needs and goals of each goalkeeper.
- Collaborating with the coaching staff to integrate feedback for the goalkeeper training and reviews with parents.

**Requirements**:

- FA or FAW Goalkeeper Coaching qualification.
- Strong knowledge of current coaching methods and techniques for goalkeepers.
- Proven experience coaching goalkeepers at various levels, from grassroots OR academy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with goalkeepers and their parents/guardians.
- Availability during evenings, with a minimum commitment on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Reliable and punctual, demonstrating professionalism in all aspects of the role.
- Passionate about player development and committed to creating a positive and enjoyable training environment.
