Reservations Agent

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join our team. This role is full time (40-hours per week).

You would be expected to work a combination of shifts in accordance with the rota which will be supplied in advance. The shift pattern will include a mixture of early, mid and late shifts, weekend work is required.

Must have a passion for the hospitality industry, flexible approach to work, a fantastic attitude and great enthusiasm for providing a high level of customer care.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner at all times
- Greeting Guests and Welcoming Members
- Making bookings using the hotel PMS
- Book gym classes/pool sessions for members and spa treatments
- Pro-active in upselling additional hotel services - treatments, dinner, room bundles
- Redirecting phone calls.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure any guest requests or requirements have been followed through

**Salary**: Up to £10.42 per hour
