**Hours: Monday - Friday 07:30 - 16:30 (4 weeks training during 08:30-17:30 hours)**

**£24,000 - **increasing to **£25,000 **after probation
A new opportunity has arisen working for a large global organisation within their contact centre, working to assist customers with product queries delivering a high level of service.
Previous call centre experience is essential in this advisory position based in Southampton, or customer service experience within a technical product environment.
You must be able to speak English and Romanian fluently.
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Resolving basic customer enquires with generic responses and problem solving more technical queries.
- Continually improving knowledge of new company and product technologies so you can give the best customer service.
- Identifying reoccurring problems and reporting them to the correct department.
- Working closely with technical services.
**About you**:
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment, ideally contact centre, or a technical product retail store.
- A confident telephone manner
- Fluent in English & Romanian with strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- The ability to organise and manage own workload
- Work well under pressure, remaining calm and professional.
Must be able to complete a Romanian language test.
