**Career-makers Recruitment** are looking for **"Picker/Packer"**

**Job responsibilities**
- Responsible for un-bagging of the various clothing and count it back into cartons
- Report any shortages/overs to the supervisor
- Responsible for spotting and reporting any defects in clothing to the supervisor
- Maintain a high level of awareness and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Perform tasks in accordance with time, quality, and quantity targets
- Maintain a clean workstation and production floor
- Work with consistent speed and accuracy
- Work towards improving productivity without compromising quality
- Help and assist with tasks assigned by the supervisor
- Assist and work in other areas within the business as and when required
- Report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Work in other areas within the business as and when required
- Always adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
- Ensure that Quality standard are achieved and maintained in all areas.
- Fill in all work cards neatly and completely as well as any other required document.
- Maximise efficiencies and performance across all machines and equipment.
- Ensure that good housekeeping is maintained across all areas of the plant.
- Have a proactive approach to Health and Safety and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Ensure that the movement of material is transacted correctly and on time.
- All other reasonable duties, as assigned

**Requirements**:

- To ensure all orders are processed the required standard and on time
- IT skills for data entry and printing
- Dependable, with a great can-do attitude and a desire to learn new skills
- Able to follow directions and available to work flexible hours

**Shifts available**
- Monday to Thursday
- 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Friday
- 08:00 am to 1:35 pm

**PAY RATE**
- £10.50 p/h

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour

**Benefits**:
