Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our clients team as a Document Controller. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with company standards.

**Duties**:

- Create and maintain document control procedures and processes
- Organize and categorize all company documents in a systematic manner
- Ensure all documents are properly labeled, versioned, and stored securely
- Monitor document changes and revisions, updating records accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile necessary documentation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy and completeness
- Provide training and support to employees on document control processes
- Assist in the implementation of document management software or systems

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of document control procedures and best practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Experience in the construction sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Document management systems: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction sector: 1 year (preferred)
