The FP&A Analyst will have responsibility for supporting the manager with all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and reporting on a monthly basis, as well as getting involved in CAPEX, project work and business partnering. The client is a large, FMCG businessbased in Hemel with exciting plans and progression opportunities for current and new employees.
- Core reporting duties at month end, alongside budgeting, forecasting and business planning
- Manage the CAPEX spend process to ensure cases are completed timely and accurately with analysis of budget vs actual
- Business partnering with central functions to ensure costs are correctly accounted for an forecasts are updated through departments
- Analysis on the profitability model to ensure performance is at the correct level and reviewed constantly
- Reporting on sales and margin analysis and key data sets after the month end management accounts are produced
- Support the FP&A Business Partners to deliver monthly analysis as part of the business review pack, budget, regular reforecasts, and monthly landing estimates, including developing automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data
- Support the wider team on other finance processes and ad hoc analysis as required by the business
