**Job Description: Cocktail Bartender at The Hawks Nest Alfresco Bar**

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Cocktail Bartenders to join our team to join one of West London's premier alfresco bars, The Hawks Nest. Situated under the largest retractable roof in London, The Hawks Nest is known for its vibrant atmosphere, Tequila & Mezcal based cocktails, and commitment to serving the freshest local beers. As a Cocktail Bartender, you will play a crucial role in crafting exceptional cocktails, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to the unique experience we offer our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cocktail Craftsmanship**: Create a variety of Tequila & Mezcal based cocktails with precision and creativity, following established recipes while also bringing your own flair to the mixology process.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, suggesting cocktails based on preferences, and ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the bar's offerings, including the cocktails, tank beer, and other beverages to guide guests in their choices and answer their questions.
- **Efficiency**: Maintain a high level of speed and accuracy in preparing drinks, ensuring mínimal wait times for guests during peak hours.
- **Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in line with health regulations, keeping the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work seamlessly with other bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience.
- **Knowledge Expansion**: Stay updated on industry trends, new cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques to continuously improve your skills and contribute to menu development.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities and willingness to collaborate with a team.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, SMART) is a plus.
