Vision Teaching are working with this tight-knit Newham-based primary school to recruit for dedicated high-level teaching assistants with experience in working with SEN children.
In this role, you will be responsible for the social, emotional, and educational development of one of seven SEN pupils at the school. Accompanyinig them to lessons, providing extra assistance with classroom tasks where necessary, providing individualised feedbackon pupil academic advancement, and liaising closely with other staff, SENCO, and pupil guardians to provide the highest standard of teaching and care are all essential components of day-to-day working life within this role.
Working as part of a team alongside other SEN teaching assistants, you will be well-supported by colleagues as well as the senior leadership team at the school, as you strive to help your pupils meet developmental milestones and realise their full academicpotential.
