Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Compliance Co-ordinator for one of our clients based in Birmingham. You will be working as part of the existing Compliance Team where you will assist the Head of Facilities to manage a diverse property portfolio.

Compliance Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
Liaise with suppliers and contractors

Monitoring and managing the performance of contractors

Management Preventative Planned Maintenance through in-house system

Progress invoicing

Providing regular reports and assisting the Head of Facilities

Compliance Co-ordinator Details:
Location: Birmingham

Pay: £25,000 PA

Compliance Co-ordinator Requirements:
Facilities management experience

Knowledge of the management of asbestos, fire safety and legionella

Recognised Facilities qualification / Health & Safety

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compliance Co-ordinator Benefits:
20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
