As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be responsible for creating and serving a variety of cocktails to customers in a bar. You'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests. Here's a detailed breakdown of your responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, adhering to standardized recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Customize cocktails based on customers' preferences and dietary restrictions, providing personalized recommendations when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, glassware, and ingredients.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, replenishing supplies as needed.
- Greet patrons warmly and engage in friendly interactions, ensuring a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
- Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, multitasking to serve multiple guests simultaneously during busy periods.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations, answer questions about cocktails, and offer suggestions.

Previous experience as a bartender, preferably with a focus on cocktail preparation.

As a Cocktail Bartender, you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences for guests through your expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional customer service. Your passion for mixology, attention to detail, and dedication to exceeding guest expectations will contribute to the success and reputation of the establishment.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.00-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
