**Job title**: Maintenance Engineer

**Days and Hours**:Mon-Friday (8:30am-5pm)
**Location**: Across London, Central office based in Tottenham Court Road
**Pay**:£30,000-40,000 depending on experience

**Duties include the following**:

- Installation of furniture, lights, home appliances, wall mounting of mirror, artwork as required
- Conduct repairs as needed (carpentry, handyman tasks, light painting tasks).
- Troubleshoot & repair where possible. Where applicable, arrange a repair with a specialist appliance engineer.
- Conduct inspections and provide a snag list for the apartments.
- Liaise with contractors on maintenance tasks (appliances, plumbing, electrical work, etc) that are specialised if needed, hand over, communication, and follow up checks.
- Assist guests with maintenance/technical issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry related to their stay) at the property in order to support a positive guests experience.
- Assist in delivering missing items to clients, such as glassware, lighting, small appliances, etc.
- Update Operations Manager about status of tasks
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience working as a general maintenance/ repairs technician or similar
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Great problem solving skills, flexible
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbally
- Must be positive and a go-getter team player
