As a Community Care Planner with Ashwell Home Care, you will be planning & organising the work of our community-based team in the most effective manner, whilst maintaining continuity of care for our clients.

**The Planner/Scheduler role**
- Access to our dynamic scheduling system and technology, you can effectively plan our teams day to day work schedules, taking pride in delivering a first-class experience to our clients in a concise, timely and efficient manner. We'll give you ownership of this process from start to finish, considering priority, location, and time, whilst mitigating risks that could affect KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- You will input up-to-date notes for each client on the system to ensure accurate records are kept & ensuring GDPR is complied with at all times..
- You will make continuous improvements to rotas to increase their effectiveness (considering travel time & time spent with customer)

- Strong IT (Information Technology) and analytical skills with the aptitude to pick up new systems and be able to follow process and procedure is a real must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £20,620.00-£21,213.00 per year
