Job Objectives & Responsibilities
- To carry out suitable fire risk assessments in accordance with the relevant legislation on behalf of our clients on a wide variety of sites across the UK.
- To work efficiently within agreed timescales, managing workload in conjunction with office based staff.
- Deliver a good quality comprehensive fire risk assessment suitable for client needs.
- Main Duties
- ** Conducting site based inspections within a variety of sectors, including industrial, commercial and residential within a specified timescale.**:

- ** Using our bespoke technology to collect data via a tablet pc or handheld device/PDA, or any new system that may be purchased or developed in the future.**:

- ** Regular communication with Project Management team to co-ordinate assessment data through to report completion.**:

- ** The role will involve extensive travel throughout the UK staying away from home as and when required.**
- Person Specification
- You will need to have as a minimum a NEBOSH Fire Certificate (full) or other recognised fire qualification.
- It will be necessary to provide evidence in respect to experience, knowledge and qualifications in undertaking fire risk assessments.
- A qualification in Health and Safety would be an advantage.
- You should have a proven track record in producing high quality detailed reports.
- Good computer skills i.e in word, excel etc:

- A full driving licence is essential for this role. With less than 6 points or pending and without a ban in the past 5 year period.
- You will need a can do approach and a helpful hands on attitude, as well as great attention to detail.
