_A trainee field sales role, selling my clients range of bathroom and showering products, into independent bathroom retailers and merchants with showrooms across the South Coast_

**Package**: circa £30k-£34k basic + £6k OTE, company car, company credit card, 25 days holiday, pension, iPhone and laptop,

**Territory**: Dorset, South Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey and Sussex

**Selling**: Showers, baths, bathroom furniture and wetroom solutions

**Customers**: Bathroom showrooms, independent retailers & plumbers merchants

**THE ROLE - Trainee Area Sales Manager**:

- A trainee field sales roles, working alongside an established Area Sales Manager, and with plenty of support from the Sales Manager
- Inheriting and established and well performing area
- Promoting a range of showers, baths, brassware and bathroom furniture
- Selling into independent bathroom showrooms & plumbers merchants with showrooms
- Primarily managing and developing existing relationships to increase awareness & sales, and introduce additional products
- Although new business development will play a small part of the role

**THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT**:

- You must have sales experience from within the bathrooms or plumbing sector
- This will ideally have been gained from within a bathroom showroom or plumbers merchants
- You will have genuine interest in bathrooms, and be looking for a career in field sales
- You will be target driven with a strong work ethic
