Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall operation of the bar, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.

**Skills**:

- Strong background in bartending and working a small restaurant
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Experience in team management and leadership
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
