We are looking for a Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and organising of our Engineering Teams. If you have previous experience in a Coordination, Logistical or Administrative role, we want to hear from you.

**The role**

As the **Project Coordinator**, you will be responsible for planning and issuing jobs to the engineering teams as well as organising their equipment and ensuring that the installations are progressing as expected and completed on time.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Delivering the requirements and answering any queries from our customers
- Ensuring all engineers are organised and provided with the relevant site access and job packs for jobs they have been allocated
- Taking responsibility for coordinating resources to enable installation targets and customer commitments to be met
- Tracking project data and keeping customers up to date
- Dealing with Purchase Orders and Invoicing
- Taking responsibility for the hiring of equipment as / when necessary
- Continuous update of operational databases and spreadsheets
- Ensuring activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care
- Maintaining good customer relations through provision of information
- Arranging and participating in meetings and project team activities as requested
- Provision of information to enable accurate and timely invoicing to customers
- Offering holiday cover where required for Sales Orders and Sales Phone Support

**Skills & experience**
- Previous experience in a Coordination, Logistical or Administrative role
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Confident liaising with people at all levels
- Excellent geographical knowledge
- Working within a similar position
- Experience communicating with Engineers daily
- Excellent Oral & Written communication
- Ambitious and driven
- Live within commutable distance to Warrington
