About Us:
BeeSocial TikTok Live Agency is the UK's first creator-owned TikTok Live Agency. As an official verified partner of TikTok Live UK, we specialize in helping live streamers monetize on TikTok Live, enhance engagement, and develop their live streaming skills.

Position: Recruiter

Location: York City Centre Office

Key Responsibilities:

- Scout and identify new talent to join BeeSocial TikTok Live Agency.
- Send messages at scale to potential new creators.
- Make outbound calls to educate potential talent on the benefits of joining our agency.
- Work towards weekly targets for talent acquisition.
- Post videos and go live on our agency's official TikTok account.

**Qualifications Required**:

- No formal qualifications required, but recruitment experience is a MUST.
- Personality is prioritized over qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with various individuals on a daily basis.
- Bonus: Having a TikTok profile with a decent following.
