We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we’re seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Service Product Owner,

The Service Product Owner is responsible for defining and communicating the Service product long term vision, identifying potential opportunities to support the business and delivery of the roadmap. Working with the product owners, process owners, and IT leadership to inform of the product vision, backlog prioritisation, and delivery releases.

**Responsibilities**
- To lead the creation of the Self-Service Portal and a global ticketing system and assist with the adaptation of processes that our service centres will use to give excellent customer service and efficient back-office processing of the customer service aspects of the business.
- To create a collaborative environment between user groups of the tooling and ensure customer experience activities are well known and understood through the stakeholder base.
- Provide a better customer experience by eliminating the need for various manual paperwork steps such as manual approvals and responses from internal departments.
- Produce metrics across the full lifecycle to ensure services are performing as designed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience of Service platforms in the support of operational and business excellence.
- Previous experience with CRM, ERP or ticketing systems is desirable.
- An understanding of Agile and its principles, either has Product Owner experience or a willingness to learn.
- A good awareness of software development lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, RUP, Agile) and delivery and testing through continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience in technology and vendor assessments.
- Experience of working with or leading geographically dispersed teams, recognising importance of understanding cultural differences in building a one team approach.
- Experience of working in a data management role and driving process efficiency and data quality, whilst providing accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
