My client is currently recruiting for a Facilities Management Officer to work in their busy office.

This is a full-time role to work 37 hours per week.

The hours are 9am-5pm, however there is slight flexibility with these.

The purpose of the role is to provide effective day-to-day management of the following:

- social housing assets
- commercial land
- property portfolio
- ensuring maintenance arrangements

Duties include but are not limited to:
Updating electronic records.

You will create and maintain effective scheduling and monitoring systems to enable effective compliance and management of owned assets, premises, and land.

Admin and management of facilities maintenance, ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of planned preventative maintenance contracts, responsive repair contractors and specialist service providers, preparing minutes and additional electronic records regarding compliance and service delivery performance.

You will ensure repair orders, risk assessments, periodic inspections and annual safety inspections are issued in a timely manner to maintain compliance, these must be recorded correctly and monitored to completion, paid in accordance with financial legislation/procedures and to produce management reports as required.

To support the Head of Asset Management, Commercial Estates Manager, Venue Managers and Asset Registrar with the management and maintenance of estates information, including guiding, supporting and training venue managers with regard to compliance procedures.
- Experience within a construction management/maintenance or maintenance environment.
- Recent Office Admin experience
- Good IT skills & use of various IT packages
- It is desirable to have the use of the following IT packages CX, Keystone and TF System
- Experience of basic finance tasks, e.g. purchase orders & invoices
- Driving licence & use of a car
- A willingness to travel to meetings if required.
