Have you wanted to work in a modern dental practice with a vibrant team and wish to offer the best patient care? Look no further, we at MK Smiles are looking for a front of house team member with a friendly, warm and positive nature.

Our ethos focuses on first class patient care, within a professional, calm, caring & friendly environment. Our practice offers a wide range of private dental treatments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and engage with patients when they arrive at the dental clinic and deliver our patient journey plan consistently
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, manage the appointment diary
- Promote our practice dental plans
- Maintain patient records and update necessary information
- Assist with administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is a clean, warm and inviting space
- Come up with ideas that can improve our service further

Please note that these duties are not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

**Experience**
- Previous dental experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of SOE software is preferred
