**Job Title**: Dental Receptionist

**Location**: Bupa Dental Care Keighley

We can offer full or part-time positions ranging from 2 to 5 days per week

**About Us**: Join Alex Sharp at Bupa Dental Care Keighley, a seven-surgery practice conveniently located close to the town centre. We're just a 10-minute walk from Keighley Train Station and a five-minute walk from the bus station. For those driving, we offer free on-site parking as well as plenty of street parking surrounding the Practice.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet patients, ensuring a great first impression.
- Book and amend appointments, answer phone calls, and update patient records.
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
- Inform patients about dental services and any ongoing offers.
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
- Access sensitive information while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in administration or reception roles.
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Preferably experienced with Dentally software.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not essential.
