Front of House/receptionist

Hours: Full Time

Just 1 are currently seeking an experienced front of house/receptionist on a full-time permanent contract.

Are you a confident, punctual, and organised individual with strong customer service skills? Then this role may be for you

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Managing Inbound & Outbound calls to customers, suppliers, clients, and contractors.
- Liaising with insurance companies.
- Diary Management - Scheduling bookings for vehicle repairs and distribution of courtesy cars
- First point of contact for arriving vehicles (on-site)
- Allocating job numbers and taking photos of vehicles.

Successful applicant must:

- Have experience within a similar role
- Have strong communications skills and be able to adapt communication based on client
- Well organised
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably have previous industry experience but this is not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £9.90 per hour
