We are supporting an ambitious school based in South Croydon with their search for skilled SEN Support workers to join their highly adaptable team of SEN Teaching Assistants.

The school meets the needs of pupils with a range of needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, speech, language and communication difficulties, and Autism.

- Be willing and able to assist whenever and wherever you can.

- A good standard of English and Maths

This role is working full-time 8:45 - 4:00 this is to ensure all children are supported and aided on school property. You will be expected to liaise with class teachers as well as parents to guarantee the child is being supported from both angles.

You will be expected to be adaptable, caring and conscientious, these skills are a must in order to be successful in an SEN environment. You may be expected to cover across age groups and help cover any absences. This role is vital for how the school willoperate and you will play a vital part in day-to-day work. This school prides itself on its on improving literacy, numeracy, and skills, and on developing personal and social skills.
