As a Leasing Associate, you will be working with teams across the business delivering the front end of the customer journey ensuring the Lease up targets are met and maximising move ins whilst driving tenancy lengths. Key Duties will include pro-actively contacting and qualifying new customer enquiries, registering their rental requirements, matching their requirements to the appropriate apartment and booking viewing tours, conducting tours for potential customers, negotiating and closing potential agreements, promoting and selling additional revenue generating services, progressing all leases in a timely fashion working closely with the operations and administration teams, ensuring every arrival (viewing tour and move-in) has a seamless exceptional experience, supporting and setting up leasing open days and contributing to corporate customer events where required, making recommendations with regard to monthly rents and rent ability of respective apartments, and helping to develop a community through fashioning and facilitating resident events. The Leasing Associate should have the ability to communicate successfully with a diverse range of people, excellent time management and prioritisation skills, excellent customer service skills, IT literacy, and be a team player who thrives under pressure and can work to sales targets. Start 17th July.
